Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Varicent Developer to join
their Automation Team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement incentive compensation solutions
using the Varicent ICM platform
Develop and customize incentive compensation models and reports,
ensuring alignment with client needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and
technical specifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with the Varicent ICM
platform
Experience in designing and deploying incentive compensation
solutions
Proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs for system
integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms and understanding of ETL
processes
