Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Delivery Lead (Salesforce
Implementation Projects).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to define program goals and ensure delivery
aligns with strategic objectives
Drive timely value delivery and manage commercial and financial
operations for program performance
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and optimize program management tools
for team collaboration
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Program Delivery Lead in
digital programs
At least 2 years of agency/consultancy experience; 5+ years
preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are
required
Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred
