Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Team Lead to manage A/R
workflow and ensure effective communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the account resolution process and implement proactive
steps to avoid escalations
Ensure offshore resources follow up on unresolved claims and take
appropriate actions for resolution
Monitor reports for trends and escalate issues while providing
guidance and training to offshore resources
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Medical billing experience preferred
2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and
research
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Prior computer experience is required
