Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Forecasting & Planning
Strategist to manage resource planning and forecasting
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Owns resource and capacity plans for short and long-term
forecasting to enhance decision-making and reduce expenses
Delivers capacity analysis and insights to improve planning
processes and budget achievement
Collaborates with various teams to optimize resource utilization
and enhance forecasting accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of high proficiency in MS Excel or financial modeling
5-10 years of experience in resource planning, forecasting, and
scheduling in a claims or back-office environment
Experience with Verint applications is a plus
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic
environment
