Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative II,
responsible for scheduling and registering patients for
services.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and register patients using computerized systems and
software applications
Interact with patients, families, and healthcare personnel to
obtain necessary information for scheduling
Maintain patient confidentiality while ensuring effective
communication and collaboration in a team environment
Required Qualifications
Professional and service-oriented individual with strong
organizational skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Proficiency in using scheduling and registration systems
