Job Description:

A company is looking for a French Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and following up to ensure resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED-equivalent
2+ years of call center experience
Fluency in French and English
Ability to work after regularly scheduled hours as needed
Proficiency in using CRM systems
