Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onsite Client Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the servicer client and the organization,
managing communication regarding foreclosure files
Perform quality control reviews of legal documents and provide
updates on foreclosure processes
Conduct internal audits and assist with client-specific projects
from the compliance department
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer
environment
Knowledge of mortgage foreclosure documents and practices
Advanced proficiency in BKFS/LPS desktop systems
Ability to work under limited supervision and manage multiple tasks
in a fast-paced environment
