Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary business partner to the
Services leadership team
Identify and define business requirements for operational
improvement opportunities
Independently manage operational improvement projects and provide
insights on data analysis
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a Services or
Customer Success function within a SaaS company
Thorough understanding of primary business processes of a Services
business
Proven project management capabilities for small to medium-sized
projects
Expertise in reporting and analysis using Google Sheets
Familiarity with SFDC, Workday, and Professional Services
Automation (PSA) systems preferred
