A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely resolution of customer-generated cases for Tier 1
and Tier 2 support
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the product
or workflow
Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal
teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or
a relevant engineering discipline
4-6 years of experience in a technical support role in a
multinational software company
Specialization in at least one product workflow or technology such
as databases or cloud
Experience with tracking and resolving issues via service cloud
systems
Willingness to maintain training or certification as required
