Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to lead the
design and development of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement various compensation programs in
collaboration with internal teams
Partner with senior leaders to create compensation strategies that
support growth and innovation
Support annual performance reviews and compensation cycles through
data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of compensation experience in a
global environment
Experience with Radford and other compensation surveys
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, including market
pricing and structure maintenance
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite; Workday experience
preferred
Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment with changing
priorities
