Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-time Grant Consultant -
Education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the fulfillment of grant writing services contracts and
provide consulting on education-based grant programs
Develop comprehensive narratives and provide research and
consulting for agencies and communities
Conduct in-depth grant research and meet with agencies to recommend
potential grant opportunities
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of professional grant writing and consulting
experience within municipal government and/or public works
Experience writing education grants for agencies including the US
Department of Education and foundations
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and foundation grant processes
relevant to education-based clientele
Familiarity with K-12 and higher education, including knowledge of
education laws and current trends
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage
multiple proposals and deadlines effectively
