Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to
enable the Global Sales Team to achieve targets through systems,
technology, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and
predictability
Analyze sales data to generate reports that inform strategic
decisions and set sales targets
Oversee CRM management, ensuring data integrity and effective
utilization by the sales team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a
related field with 10+ years of experience in sales operations or
process management
Proven ability to drive sales growth through process optimization
and data analysis
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM and sales
analytics tools
Experience working with sales teams and understanding sales
processes
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create actionable
insights
