A company is looking for a Director, Head of Project Execution,
Policy Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scope and requirements by collaborating with business
stakeholders and IT teams
Build and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of
openness and continuous improvement
Analyze post go-live metrics to assess success and identify areas
for improvement in friction initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5+
years in team management
Experience with personal lines IT property and casualty insurance
projects
Knowledge of insurance policy administration systems and business
rules
Familiarity with 3rd party insurance data sources and
interfaces
Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and emerging
technologies in the insurance space
