Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Installation Success Sr.
Coordinator to oversee installation support for security
services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for Field Engineers during new
installations
Ensure timely and accurate installation support, adhering to
specific guidelines and checklists
Collaborate with various teams to meet installation milestones and
document all activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience as a Field Technician or Help
Desk Agent in installation or technical support
Experience with Access Control, CCTV/VMS, Intrusion and Fire Alarm
Systems, and Two-Way Audio
Practical knowledge of low-voltage installation and support
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools
