Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Problem Analyst to manage
problem records and improve health outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Document and track problems, ensuring incidents and changes are
managed according to resolution plans
Lead small projects and monitor compliance metrics to enhance
problem processes and training materials
Engage with technical and business teams to resolve complex problem
records and provide timely updates to customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g.,
statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and
skills
ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certification required
Experience in Enterprise Problem Management is desirable
Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
